OUR APPROACH
Stop the bleed.

Taking over the account, our first objective was to ‘stop the bleed’. This included a keyword match type sweep to clean up irrelevant traffic, bidding strategy review and campaign settings overhaul.

Rebuild and restructure.

After reducing wasted ad spend, we fully rebuilt Search and Shopping campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Then, we implemented our tried and tested campaign structure across Search, Shopping and Display.

COVID-19 presented challenges for all businesses, AJ’s included. Throughout this time, we worked hard to maintain profitability with restricted budgets and when the time was right, successfully scaled back up to achieve several months of record-breaking revenue.

To maximise exposure throughout the customer journey, we implemented our tiered Shopping structure that enables us to bid differently for certain search terms – from top to the bottom of the funnel.
