Based just over the border to us in Chester, we originally came on board to resolve Google Shopping issues. From there, we took full rein of the accounts which skyrocketed growth throughout 2019/20.

OUR APPROACH
Google Shopping.

Our first key action was resolving issues within the Google Merchant Center. From here we set up CSS to give a discount of up to 20% on all Shopping clicks, then implemented our advanced tiered Shopping structure setting strong foundations for automation.

Search rebuild & expansion.

Search had never been a hugely successful network in the account, so our other key objective was to turn it into a profitable way to advertise. To achieve this we rebuilt all campaigns from scratch, using quality keyword research and highly engaging ad copy.

Automated bidding.

Through the experimentation of automated bidding strategies combined with human interaction, we successfully delivered significant amounts of growth throughout the entire 12-month period, both in and out of peak season.

Conversion tracking.

Ensuring we didn’t miss a penny of revenue was another key factor in our strategy. After implementing revenue tracking, we set up CallRail to track phone call orders which led to an overall +20% increase in revenue.

Click fraud protection.

Going into our peak months, spend was increasing dramatically. With this in mind, we put in place our anti-click fraud protection service, which in its peak saved £2,000 of ad spend in a single month.
